Summer intern looking for short-term housing option

My name is Max Fry. I'm a 3rd year Oregon State University Biology student who will be in Rochester, MN, between June and August for a medical internship at the Mayo Clinic. studio apartment available from 1st july on the 1st street SW, have a big kitchen, bathroom. rent is 700 dollars + electricity.
its furnished, you would only have to get a mattress.
