Ok you can take the smaller downstairs room for $1100 per month from June 1-Oct 31. Is that right? you need October?
I have an upstairs room which is good for 2 people for $800 each. The downstairs room is very nice. Walkin closet, sheets, bedding, towels, washer dryer, 2 kitchens to use, private entrance parking or lyft and live security at the 2 gates on Beach and Hodges. Plus $750 security held in savings against damages and returned on departure Nov 1. Is that good?
