Subleasing room in Rochester MN NW neighborhood

Hi,
I am subleasing my room in a house in the north west neighborhood, about 6 miles from down town Rochester. You will have your own bathroom, garage spot, and this place is very clean. There is one other female roommate that lives down stair and has a 3 year old golden doodle. Price is 1,200 per month, but this is 4 bedroom house with only two people, so if you need an office there is room for that as well or If there are more people that want to take over the lease that is okay too but would need to sign together to sublease.
