Looking for a male roommate in 2b/1b fully furnished - Rochester

The apartment is fully furnished, with all utilities, and 1.7mi from Mayo Clinic. Rent is $750/month.

As a graduate student at UC San Diego, I am excited to announce that I will be embarking on an internship at the Mayo Clinic. While I don't have any specific requirements for a roommate, it would be wonderful if we could establish and maintain a harmonious living environment in the apartment. What is the duration for which you are looking for a roommate? I plan to visit Rochester from 01 August to 07 October 2023.

I will be working at Mayo Clinic from end of June 2023 till end of January 2024. It would be great if I could find someone who could stay throughout this duration or more.
