Looking for 1 or 2 female roommates. Must be non-smoking and no pets allowed.
Description of the place: unfurnished room. In Kutzy neighborhood. 3 minutes walking distance from St. Mary's campus. Already has one tenant occupying.
If 1 roommate: then your share would be $750. Utilities (electric, gas, heat, internet) will be split amongst 2 tenants. The rent includes snow and garbage.
If 2 roommates: then both tenants will have to share the full bathroom and the rent would be $500 + utilities.
1 free off-street parking available.
Move in date: earliest 6/27/23 and onward.
