Looking for female roommate (Rochester MN)
Hi,
I am currently looking for a female roommate to move into a 2 bed 2 bath apartment in rochester MN within the next few weeks. I am 21F who will be working in a Mayo research lab just outside of downtown. Let me know if interested.

Hi. I am also interested in a roommate, preferably female and non-smoking and without pets. I need a place that has garage space or parking spot and private bathroom. I need access to kitchen and fridge as well. Let me know if you have a place or if you want to sign a lease together. I am trying to stay under $900 including all utilities, but can be flexible if the place is nice.

I am just leaving for work and won’t be home until 2am so I will have to get back to you later Thursday or preferably Friday. I have a place that I am looking for a female housemate for long-term (1-yr). You would have your own private bedroom and bathroom. It is about a 4-mile drive to Mayo Clinic. Of course you would be able to enjoy the family room and kitchen too! The cost is $900/month and I pay utilities. This does include use of washer and dryer for no extra charge. Right now I am not sure about garage parking.
