Share one level of home (1200 sq ft) with one other Mayo Clinic employee. 1-minute walk to Mayo bus then 7-10 minute ride to the clinic. Available August 1. Rent is $575 if paid on time. You pay 1/4 utilities and 1/3 best speed wifi. Attached garage can be added +$25 per month. We are an all female, all Mayo Clinic Employee home. We don't smoke and don't have pets.
