Looking for a 1-2 bedroom apartment available starting September 1. Preferably within walking distance to the downtown campus. Preferably less than $1500 a month.

Hello, I am a RN in St. Mary's hospital and I have a 1B1B apartment readily available for subleasing. It is 10 minute drive away from Mayo campus. This lovely unit is called "Spruce" in The Pines. The Pines is an apartment complex located in the northwest side of Rochester. It is about 10 minutes' drive to Mayo campus. The apartment is in a very safe and nice area (lots of space and greenery), the apartment is conveniently close by a major city road, Hy-vee, Costco, and many other stores and restaurants. The apartment building includes controlled building access, secure underground parking (temp-regulated), fitness centers with on-demand classes, indoor swimming pool, steam room, game rooms, club house, fire pits, outside grills, secured package room, beverage station and many other great amenities! This is also a very pet-friendly community with dog parks!

PERKS:
1. The $200 administration fee has been paid in full. All costs for paperwork processing fee and etc. are taken care of.
2. Monthly rent is $1,379, which includes high-speed Wi-Fi and trash. The rent is currently much cheaper than the market price since the lease was signed with a discount rate.

Looking for someone to take over my lease as early as October or November at the Vista Apartments on South Broadway!

2 bed, 2 bath, 1185 square feet, resort style Poolside view and across from the gym and community center, gated & safe community , Private entrance to apartment (so more like a townhouse), Pets allowed and all sizes which is a huge perk, fire pit, lake/pond access and water view from patio and cross country ski trails, 2 dog parks! super private, close to shopping and food, right down the street. $1501/month, with valet trash service (put trash outside the front door and someone picks it up for you every day ;). Pet rent is 50/mo so Right now mine is $1551 with all that, but don't have to have a pet. I'm locked in at this price... if you just came and rented here they range from $1678 to $2.2k, so you'd take over my lease and get the discounted locked in price! AND security deposit is waved because it's already paid. My lease is up in April, but you can resign then if you'd like. They have monthly offers up to yearly lease offers. Resort style pool, Grills, so many amenities!!! I literally have LOVED living here for the past 1.5 years and LOVE my apartment, but I am buying a house now. Perfect apartment also for roommates because the bedrooms and bathrooms are on separate sides of the apartment with the living space in the middle (see pics). Great community too.
