Lease Takeover July 2023 Rochester

Looking for someone to take over my lease at the Maven on Broadway!! Able to move out July 15th of this year and lease is until 07/01/2024. This building is absolutely incredible and management goes above and beyond. I have a 750 square foot 1 bedroom 1 bathroom unit with a huge walk in closet and in-unit laundry. Amenities include a heated pool that is open March-December, a large club room, 6th floor “speakeasy”, coffee station, package room, grass deck/dog park and dog wash station!! Message me for details! (dogs and furniture not included 😉)
