Hello, I have a 1B1B apartment readily available for lease take-over in The Pines. It is 10 minute drive away from Mayo campus. There are shuttle services available for both campuses throughout the day from 5 am to 9 pm. The administration fee has been paid and the rent is much cheaper than the market price since I signed the lease with discount. It is $1379/month. Lease will start on 08/11/23.
