Hello, I have a 1B1B apartment readily available. It is 10 minute drive away from Mayo campus. There are shuttle services available for both campuses. The administration fee has been paid and the rent is much cheaper than the market price, since I signed the lease with discount. It is $1379/month. Lease will start on 08/11/23.
