Hello, I have a 1B1B apartment readily available. It is 10 minute drive away from Mayo campus. There are shuttle services available for both campuses throughout the day. The administration fee has been paid and the rent is much cheaper than the market price since I signed the lease with discount. It is $1379/month. Lease will start on 08/11/23.
