Seeking roommate to share apt in walking distance to Mayo, Rochester

Hey everyone! I am a 34 year-old female and first year RN who is looking for a roommate to share a place within walking distance to the St. Mary's Campus in Rochester beginning in early October.

It would be great if we could look for an apartment and sign a lease together (I have a couple spots in mind!) but I'd also consider renting a room in a shared house or condo.

I have an adorable calico cat who will also be joining me, so other cats would be OK ...but no dogs (sorry!)

Ideally, I'd love to find a place that has a porch/balcony and covered/garage parking for a 1-year lease. If we could keep each person's share of the rent at or under $1,100, all the better! I keep my space tidy and am looking for the same. Open to male or female roommates.

I’m looking for a roommate in Rochester for October! I’m a medical doctor, working as a postdoctoral fellow in Mayo Clinic. I’m active and bike every day, enjoy making friends and conversations. My wife is going to work in Boston from September, so I’ll travel a lot there! Also, I’m go to work everyday from 7 to 18.

I have an apartment close to Saint Marys hospital. Looking for a tidy and well organized person to share it.
It’s a new apartment. Has a perfect gym, outdoor pool and a beautiful community room.

2 Bedroom - 2 Bathroom
Washer/Dryer in unit
Must be a non-smoker
Free gym, pool, community room
no deposit, monthly rate $750 + utilities (around $50)
