Very generously sized room available for rent in my lovely 3 bed 1 bath house (one other roommate who is male working at mayo). One of the bedrooms is an office so just sharing with 1 other person. The house is completely furnished to a high standard and can be rented with or without bills included. It's around 15/20 min walk to mayo downtown or 5 minutes driving (the 202 bus leaves from outside and if you are working at mayo you get a free bus pass) and located in a nice neighbourhood. There is a yard and fenced back garden, as well as parking garage and space in the driveway for parking. Room available at the end of September. I have included some pictures for reference
