Hey there, I'm Oscar, a 29-year-old Chilean guy. I work as a biochemist, and I'm currently pursuing a Ph.D. in biological sciences at the University of Concepción. I'm gearing up for an internship at the Mayo Clinic, specifically at the Guggenheim building, which will run from early November until late June. So, I'm on the lookout for a furnished room in an apartment or house. I'm totally cool with sharing the costs of utilities like water, electricity, gas, and internet. I'm a sociable guy who also likes to keep things tidy. I'm into cooking, adore animals, and I'm LGBTQ+ friendly. Just so you know, I'm a non-smoker, so a smoke-free environment is preferable for me.

Hello, I have an apartment that is readily available at The Pines if you are interested. It is about 10-minute drive to Mayo campuses, and they have all day round shuttle service from 5:45 am to 8:45 pm Monday through Friday. it is a very nice community.
