Hi, I am visiting Mayo Clinic Jackonville, Florida from 09/02 to 09/30 for an observership. I am looking for any guest room, shared accomodation in walking distance from Mayo Clinic (I do not own a car). Thank you.

There are 3 bedrooms
first floor $1000 per months for 1 person private bath booked until Sept 16
first floor $1000 open for 1 person Aug 27 picture with Spanish bed private bath
2nd floor $1600 for 2 doctors 2 double beds private toilet booked until Sept 1

He returns home Sept 16. I dont have picture of this room but I will try to get this weekend. So Sept 28 to October 28 is available. I only do monthly. Nice room French doors to back yard private bath. $500 security returned if no damages. Pay by wire, paypal or Zelle in advance $500 deposit to hold room. Day of arrival $1000.
