Share one level of home (1200 sq ft) with one other female Mayo Clinic employee. Available Sept 15. Rent is $675 if paid on time. You pay 1/4 utilities and 1/3 best speed wifi. Attached garage can be added +$25 per month. Hardwood floors, almost new appliances, attached patio. We are an all female, all Mayo Clinic Employee home. We don't smoke and don't have pets. Very relaxing, calm space to regenerate.
