Hi all, I will be joining Mayo Clinic as a research trainee for a year starting 25th September. I am looking for a room around the campus. Preferably something under 700/month. If you have a room available please reach out to me.

It's a big & beautiful co-ed home on 1st Street SW, between The Clinic and Saint Mary's. Two bedrooms for guys, 2 for females. Guys share 1 bathroom, girls share the other. The available room (see photos) is for a female. It rents for $650/month.
