Hi all, I will be joining Mayo Clinic as a research trainee for a year starting 25th September. I am looking for a room around the campus. Preferably something under 700/month. If you have a room available please reach out to me.

I'm looking for a sublease (I have to move closer to St. Mary's as I will be working there). It's a very nice setup for young medical professionals who like having some private living space at an affordable price.

The entire top floor of the house would be your space. There's a fully furnished sitting room with two sofas, a desk, a TV, and storage space, a fully furnished bedroom with a bed, nightstand, big storage spaces, and a bathroom. The main floor of the house has a shared kitchen and shower, and the basement of the house has a shared sitting room and laundry + another shower. Backyard with nice garden and garage for the bike. Super nice neighborhood close to Silver Lake and Quarry Hill (NE Rochester). You'd be sharing the house with one other person (the Landlord, a PhD student from Mayo).

The house is a 5 minute drive from downtown, 12 mins biking from Mayo downtown and is 1 block from a bus stop (14 minutes to downtown).

Rent is $775 per month with all utilities included (water, electricity, gas, internet, garbage, etc).
