Room for rent

I will have a room for rent in my home mid October 2023. It was a newly remodeled space as of 2020. There is new appliances and is furnished through out. The rental unit has two bedrooms (currently renting to a Mayo employee), full kitchen, living room, laundry and bathroom.

Hi, is there any way will the room be available from this month end onwards? and is it in Rochester?

I plan to have the room ready by the end of the month. I have someone coming to look at it tomorrow.
