Feb. 2024 is a bit far off but you can reserve a room now if you want. I have 3 doctors in the house and they each have their own room and share the kitchen and dining area. Mayo has all kinds of doctors. The house is in a country club community with security at the gate 10 minutes from Mayo. 2 of the rooms are each $1000 a month with bath and furnished including sheets and towels and hair dryer and ironing board to iron your doctor jacket. The room upstairs is very large and $1200 for single and $1600 for double. Also the price includes utilities of electric, water and wifi for internet and phone. Also there is a security deposit against damages returned when you leave if you have not damaged anything. I will include pictures
