Looking for Room/Roommate (M) near Mayo Clinic Rochester

Hi, I am currently a GREP research student at the Guggenheim building for the next year, until June 2024, and am looking for a room near the Mayo Clinic. I just started a few weeks ago and would like to move into an apartment/house near the campus sometime in October. Preferably something around 700-800/month.
