Hello! I will be moving out of my house around Silver Lake Park and need someone to take over the lease around early October.

It's a 3b, 2b house. Rent is $434.43 not including utilities.

Females only, dogs are fine, and the main living areas of the house are furnished. We're directly across from the park and about one mile from the Mayo/Gonda Building. There is a bus stop a few blocks away.
