Hello, I have a bedroom and bathroom available in Ponte Vedra Beach, just a couple miles away from the Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville. May I ask what your monthly budget is and for how long you'll be needing the room please? Thank you!! PS I do reside in the property along with my two year old cocker spaniel. It's a two bed two bath condo.
