Whats the location, rent and utilities charges please.

It is located in NW Rochester, about an eight minute drive from Mayo and 5 min walk to a bus stop. Rent would be $850 and half if utilities, electric and internet. This varies depending on time of year, but on average $150/month for all that combined.
