Looking for someone to take over my 1bed/1bath apartment at The Pines $1421 per month. The unit is on the top floor of building 1, next to a stairwell so no neighbors on one side and includes a heated underground parking space and internet. If you do not need the garage spot, the rent would be reduced to $1379 a month. The leasing office has an indoor pool, a sauna, building 1 has a theater room, game room, and 2 exercise rooms. There is a breakfast bar and free printing in the lobby as well as a secure package receiving room (Luxer). There is also a free shuttle to Mayo. The Pines is pet friendly and has a playground, pet park, and outdoor grill and party space to enjoy our summer weather. The apartment is 720 square feet which at this price is difficult to find in Rochester. I am looking for someone to take over between mid February - early March.
