1 bed 1 bath for rent at my home!

I have a bedroom in the basement with a bathroom and living area(furnished). Pictures are before me updating it. Please only bring decorative furnishings. There is a private entrance to the basement as well. It'll be available end of June/early July due to wanting to update my basement(bedroom closet being the main one). $1000 a month all utilities included, 10 min from Mayo, prefer girls only due to only me living here. We would share the laundry room, kitchen and outdoor space. You’ll have street parking and garage parking when I’m gone. I do love animals so I have a dog and cats, I am willing to take $100 a month off if you’re able to let my dog out to go potty when I am at work or not home in general. It is on the NW side of Rochester, so close to the north, west and IMB lots. We are also within walking distance to Cascade Lake. thanks for considering!
