I have my 1 Bedroom/1 Bathroom apartment available for rent at the Pines! Base Rent is $1,199. Heated garage assigned parking space is $50 a month unless you want to use the parking lot. In-unit washer/dryer. Dishwasher, Microwave, Fridge, electric stove, and oven. Walk-in closet connecting bathroom and bedroom. The apartment balcony faces the woods.
The Apartment unit is in building 3. I was the first tenant to live in this unit so everything is in good condition and modern. We would work with apartment management for lease transfer. Lease goes through June but can always be extended.
