I am looking for someone take over my current lease. The apartment is a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom a little over 800sqft for $1025 a month. Utilities included are water and garbage removal. Gas and electricity are not included.
Move in would be preferably March 1st, 2022. It is spacious (plenty of storage), pet friendly, and has in unit laundry and a dishwasher. The apartment complex is Civic Square Apartments.

About 10 minute walk to downtown Rochester and 2 minute walk to skyway entrance.
