I have 1 bedroom available in our 3bed/2 bath duplex. You would be sharing a bathroom (2 sinks) with another person.

Rent will be roughly around ~$750 per month including utilities. You will need to pay a security deposit (typically double your rent).

Our duplex is located near Pie Heaven in Mayport! Not too far from beaches and from Mayo! We also have a small little backyard.

I have a cat and my other roommate has a dog so please no other pets!

Me and the other roommate are in our mid 20's. Preferably looking for another female.
