Does the apartment come furnished? Would I be able to move in this weekend? And is wifi, cable, snow/lawn care included in the utilities fee?

Hi. The lease will need to be signed directly with the management company and it's typically 6-month or 12-month. The company name is DMC Rochester. You can reach to by email or by phone (507) 218-8490. My apartment is Apt 1 in Uptown Courts. The email address is attached below as a photo.
It comes unfurnished but we can explore the possibility of passing my furnitures to you. We can discuss about the move-in date but the date will be determined by the company. Wifi is not included in the utilities. No need for snow/lawn care. If you have any questions, please let me know.
