1BR Short terms of sublet or Lease take over

Hi!
I'm looking for someone who wants to take over my contract from January 29th OR If someone needs to visit at Rochester MN for one or two months and need to stay private home (from Jan 29th to March 28th)!!

The Pines of Rochester apartments by West Circle Hy-Vee, and close to Target and Walmart NW, so it is pretty convenience location. Good thing is that Pine apartment has own free Mayo Shuttle for resident every day, if you don't have a car during staying here, it will be helpful for life quality.

In addition, water, private internet, garbage fee are all included in a monthly fee, you need to pay only electric.

-Free Mayo Shuttle
-Free water, private internet in the unit, garbage
-In-unit laundry
-Radiator/heater built into the bedroom
-Porch/patio
-Theater room, game room, 2 gyms just in my building. There are other things in the second building I haven't even been to.
-Outdoor fireplace, grill, tables, playground, dog park, hammocks, doggy bags. Free coffee machine in the lobby
-Periodic apartment social events
-You get my garage spot optional, extra $50/month
-Comes with a table in the kitchen. TONS of counter space.
