1BR sublease from August to October

I'm moving out of state in mid-August and am looking for someone to sublease my 1 BR apartment. The current lease ends October 31 and you can renew at the resident rate. The rent is $985/mo.

The building is in northern Rochester near Target north. Quiet neighborhood. Pets allowed. Lots of storage, spacious unit. There's a dishwasher and a garbage disposal, which is awesome. Free parking in the lot.
