Hey all, I'm an incoming Mayo resident. I recently bought a 3B2B house in Rochester 5 minute drive/10 minute bike ride from the hospital. There is also a bus stop 200m from the front door. The bedroom for rent is downstairs, partially furnished (any furniture can be removed at your request) and comes with a large connected den area perfect for lounging or use as an office space. House has a large patio and backyard with a 2-car garage, also with a full garage gym. I do have two extremely well-behaved dogs (14 and 6 years old) that are gated off from entering that space.
