Fully furnished 2 bedroom upstairs apartment in duplex available in early June. I rent it out by the bedroom for $625/month plus utilities. Utilities run about $60-110/ month depending on the season. Late May/Early June to Mid August would be the dates!
I don’t think will work as it won’t be available until mid June.

Right now it might be. I have been talking to some other people and am preferring to get a longer lease than just one month.
