Hi! I have a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment I am trying to sublease at The Pines! The base rent is $1599 a month and they have a shuttle that takes you downtown to Mayo every week day (both the St. Mary's and Methodist campus!). We are looking to be out in January but could be a little flexible (lease ends May 26th, 2023, but you can extend past that)! We love it there and the only reason we are leaving is because we bought a house.
