2 UK students (20 & 21) looking for Jacksonville accommodation

Hello. Two interns (20f & 21m) from the UK looking for a 2-bedroom place near Mayo Clinic, Jacksonville. Neither of us drive, so this ideally needs to be in walking/cycling distance or with access to a Mayo Clinic shuttle! We are ideally looking for something from Dec 2021 - September 2022.
