Rent - 650$ + electricity (~70), internet 40$.
Water and other things included.
829$ moving fees
Washing machine, dryer. Gym, tennis court, pool. Nice area.

9 min to UNF, 12 min to FSCJ, 3 min to the Publix(10min by walking), 8 min to Walmart, 10 min to the beach. Bus stop really close - 10 min by walking.

Looking for a clean, not noisy mature, respectful person, ready to solve problems through communication, conversation, thinking about others, empathic. Guests are negotiable.
