(24y Male) Moving to Rochester in late February

Hey folks, I'm going to be working at Mayo this March so I'm looking for either a single or two-bed apartment. For the latter, if there's someone looking for a roommate and they already have an apartment, I would be interested in rooming. If not, dm me and we can discuss getting an apartment. Not too concerned with distance or pet policy. Budget is </= 800 per month.
