I'm interested in having someone take over my lease for the remaining two months until Sept 24, 2020
Location: Arrive North Scottsdale apartment complex. Unit number 3067 (3rd fl, stairs only).
Dates: Aug 30 - Sept 24, 2020
Distance to Mayo: It's 2 miles from Mayo AZ hospital. It's 15 min bike walk to Mayo Hospital (taking the Phenoix Park trail next to the apartment. It's 1 mile from Kierland Commons/Scottsdale Quarter
Beds/Baths: 3 bedrooms; 2 bathrooms
Rent: The rent is $1850, but I'm reducing to $1500 for the remaining two months (will prorate) You can extend the lease after if you want.
Amenities: pool /spa, BBQ, gym with Peloton (although this is closed b/c of COVID currently)
Furnish status: the apartment is unfurnished (no furniture).
Parking: you have one covered parking spot
Animals: pet/dog friendly
