90% New sofa and TV for sale

I am selling my 90% new sofa and TV as I will finish my work in Mayo Rochester before the end of October.
The TV is VIZIO 4K smart, 50'', bought in February 2025. It is working very well. Price 150$
The sofa and love seat were bought in November 2024 in Ashely Homestore Rochester. Sofa price 150$, love seat price 100$.
