A bedroom available from now Rochester

the house has 3 bedrooms, one male and one female right now. I work at downtown campus and she is with St.Mary. We are looking for another roommate.

We would expect you to be clean, quiet, and respectful to each other.

Rent is 600 with everything included. The lease can be flexible. We prefer long-term.

It is not so walkable to the clinic for me cuz I hate walking that long(if you do, probably 15-20 min), but walkable to the shuttle station to both Downtown and St. Mary. We both drive so we can give a ride when possible.
