Accommodation for 1 month during my visiting student rotation at Phx

Hello,
I’m looking for housing in the month of June during my visiting student rotation at Mayo Phoenix. Please let me know if you have any leads preferably close to the hospital as I would not have a car.
Additionally I would also like to know about other possible commuting options like public transport, carpool etc.
