Hello everyone! I am starting a research trainee position at the Mayo Clinic in MN this September. As I'm new to the area, I'm currently looking for a room to rent or if anyone is interested in finding an apartment and taking a lease together, please let me know. Hello, I am a RN in St. Mary's hospital and I have a 1B1B apartment readily available for subleasing. It is 10 minute drive away from Mayo campus. The administration fee has been paid and the rent is much cheaper than the market price, since I signed the lease with discount. $1379/month. Lease will start on 08/11/23.
