Accomodations

Hi!
I am about to sign a lease contract with Avani living for a 1 bed but realized that I am still looking. Does anyone know anyone leasing/renting out a nice clean place, even shared agreement living spaces. I start work on the 1st of March but would move in by the 24th of Feb. The rent right now is about $1444, which I think is on the higher end. I prefer a shared space and anything below $1000 or just at this rate. I also prefer the walking distance to St. Mary's.
