Any available apartment for two near St Marys

I work as research scholar in Mayo clonic, Rochester, MN, and I was looking for any available apartment for two of around 1200 $ near St Marys. Any heads up or recommendations to do so?

Hey! Check out Grandeville at Cascade Lake! Rent is around $1200 for two bed/two bath. I’ve lived here for 6 months & I really like it so far. Let me know if you have any questions!

(I've been looking too for a 2 BR place - coming on-board in December.) How is the neighborhood at Grandeville? I read in some feedback that it's pretty noisy late into the night. Is that your experience? Thanks for feedback!
