Any Suggestions on affordable apartments in Rochester, MN?

Hello, I have recently accepted a job at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. I will be moving from Florida with my 2-year-old husky. As I am new to the area does anyone recommend any affordable studios/apartments not too far from Mayo Clinic? Any suggestions help 🙂
