Anyone looking for a tenant or an apartment referral credit?

I am a female student looking for a room in Jacksonville, FL ASAP. Would like to try the place out for a couple weeks, at least until September 15th. Will be transferring over to Ascension St. Vincent's Riverside at that point, and will remain there until May 2024. Accepting referrals to your current apartment complex, as well as direct tenancy or sublet.
