Anyone renting a furnished room near Mayo Rochester from Jan 2027?

Hello all! I’m a German psychiatrist coming to Mayo Clinic Rochester to do research, starting January 2027.

I’m searching for a furnished room somewhere close by. A private or shared bathroom both work for me. I’m a non-smoker, tidy, and quiet, but also friendly and easy to live with.
