Hello,
I am a couple months into my lease and I ended up buying a house. It is $625/mo and everything is included except electric. No garage but there is off street parking. Bus stop for city lines is on the street right in front of the building, and the Mayo park and ride shuttle is just down the road. Shoot me a text if you are interested.
